About Isabella Gairdner
I work with adults and children who are interested in learning how to improve the everyday use of their bodies.
I have a special interest and experience in the management of musculoskeletal pain, movement and neurological disorders.
My experience is in exercise rehabilitation including retraining movement patterns, resistance training and Pilates. I have taught at tertiary institutions in South Australia and Western Australia in these areas.
I am a physiotherapist and have studied a wide range of approaches to functional movement training including exercise physiology, Feldenkrais, biomechanics, power lifting and more.
